Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) to carry out engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) work for a 124 MWp (88 MW AC) ground-mounted solar PV project.
The company said the contract has been awarded by a domestic entity, with project completion scheduled during the 2026–27 financial year.
The latest order adds to Waaree Renewable Technologies’ growing solar EPC portfolio. Earlier this month, the company received two additional LoAs for large-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects with capacities of 400 MW AC (530 MWp) and 400 MW AC (552 MWp).
Together, those two projects represent 800 MW AC (1,082 MWp) of solar capacity and are expected to be completed during the 2027–28 financial year.
The new 124 MWp project, along with the recently awarded contracts, highlights the continued expansion of large-scale solar deployment and EPC activity in India, as developers and companies increase investment in utility-scale renewable energy projects.
