NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL) has invited bids for Forecasting and Scheduling Qualified Coordinating Agency (QCA) services for its 296 MW Fatehgarh Solar Project in India.
The tender, issued under bidding document number NGEL-CS-200156289, aims to strengthen forecasting and scheduling operations for the large-scale solar project. QCA services are essential for accurately forecasting solar power generation, managing schedules and ensuring compliance with applicable grid requirements.
Under the tender, the selected agency will be responsible for providing forecasting and scheduling services for the project. These activities will support efficient plant operations and help maintain reliable coordination with the electricity grid.
Interested bidders are required to submit their proposals online through NTPC’s eProcurement portal. The detailed bidding documents, including technical specifications, eligibility requirements and other terms and conditions, are available through the designated platform.
NGEL has stated that bidders will not be required to pay a tender fee or submit Bid Security/Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for participation. An Integrity Pact is also not required under the tender.
All queries related to the bidding process must be submitted within the specified timeline through the eProcurement portal. NGEL has clarified that corrigendums, amendments and other updates related to the tender will be published through the official e-tender platform.
The company will evaluate bids according to the conditions specified in the tender documents. NGEL has also reserved the right to reject, cancel or withdraw the tender at any stage.
